Evaluation and Performance Reviews

Performance evaluations are integrated into all levels of the firm to reflect our commitment to continuous self-improvement. This applies top to bottom:

  • Our owners are evaluated annually by their peers and perform a self-assessment which they share with their peers.
  • Members of the management group receive written feedback semi-annually from the directors on critical competencies such as technical and interpersonal skills, professionalism, practice development and client service skills.
  • Seniors and staff are formally evaluated after every assignment, both verbally and in writing by their immediate supervisor. The written evaluations are designed to highlight performance strengths as well as areas needing further development.
