Mentoring at Hoyman Dobson
Our more experienced members look forward to, and highly endorse, the long-term value of mentoring to help new professionals achieve goals and further their careers. The program is voluntary and the objective is personal and professional development within the firm.
The mentor’s job is to answer questions, address concerns and explain the internal workings of the firm. The mentors’ job isn’t to evaluate performance, but to help new employees achieve what’s expected of them through discussion, encouragement and feedback. The mentor’s personal and professional experience is then passed down from generation to generation to give new employees a short cut to success.
